The idea is that if students are given a choice, they are more likely to feel like they have control and will engage with the assessment (lower ability students can also be directed). Using the heat rating from Nando’s, students should target the success criteria detailed. The attached takeaway menu details a creative writing task to accompany Roald Dahl’s ‘Lamb to the Slaughter’. However, this takeaway menu could be amended to suit any task.

Topics include: Teen fiction/Because you liked/Trending now and Read again. Use black paper for the background to make your display pop and look similar to the Netflix colours.
